We collect business and contact information you provide during signup and onboarding, including business name, owner name, email, phone, address, and review-platform links. We process customer contact information you provide solely to send review-request messages on your behalf.
We do not sell your information. We share it with service providers as reasonably necessary to operate ReputationFlow, and as required by law. You may request access to or deletion of your information by contacting us.
Review-request SMS and email messaging is subject to applicable consent and messaging requirements. You are responsible for obtaining any required consent from your customers before their contact information is added to ReputationFlow.
