These Terms of Service govern your subscription to ReputationFlow, a done-for-you reputation management and review-request service operated by Your Villa Media & Visibility. Subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis until cancelled. Plan pricing and included monthly customer-request allowances are listed on our Pricing page and may be updated; changes take effect for future billing cycles as described there.
We configure and manage review-request automation on your behalf. We do not guarantee specific review counts, ratings, or improvements in search rankings. Results depend on customer behavior and other factors outside our control.
You agree to provide accurate business information, to obtain any required consent from your customers before their contact details are added, and to use ReputationFlow in compliance with applicable laws and platform terms.
